i lived in an apartment run by these people for two years. the first year we experienced so much roof leaking it was happening in all the rooms. they claimed they fixed it. and then raised our rent. the next year the same things happened but it was way worse more leaking and it was creating mold on our ceiling. we asked them to replace it and someone came in to paint over it. after that we did mold tests and there was still mold there. and BPM told us that it’s not possible bc mold can’t travel in the air. even tho our lease... read more
