I have been a tenant with BPA for nearly three years as a student in Boston, and my experience has been great. Ryan has been incredibly friendly and helpful during apartment searches, and BPA is always quick to respond to maintenance requests. Highly recommend!
Terrible real estate company - college and post college kids do not rent from them!! They have shady clauses in their lease.
Currently paying over $4,500 a month for a unit that has a mice infestation issue. I have paid far less in rent for other units in Boston that don’t have rodent issues. Do not feel that our unit is safe and that our concerns are being taken seriously by BPA, we have had to send numerous emails and requests to express that we need an exterminator to come to service our unit and the units below us, after dealing with this for weeks we are concerned for our safety and health at this point.
We love our apartment and BPA is very responsive to maintenance requests. Would rent with them again.
If you own rental properties in Massachusetts and need them managed please call these guys, they offer the best service and the staff is very knowledgeable. Mark, Ryan, Mike and Steve are the best in the business.
