This is an imperfect format for a decent profile of one's experience.
Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sasson is extremely nice, personable and friendly. He gladly showed me my x-rays when I asked him to, and was great about explaining where the cavity was. My only criticism is that Dr. Sasson slow down a bit and listen to all the concerns I had. I feel he did listen, but at times I felt he was a bit too eager in saying "I see this all the time" without legitimizing my concern. Dr. Sasson is very particular about the help he gets, and about the care he gives. He is thorough, careful, and listens to me. I feel welcome in the office, the people are upbeat and helpful, and most importantly, really good at their work. I love them all, and would highly recommend this practice.
