Very bad customer service. I am not sure whether the older man there is the manager or the owner, but he spoke to me very rudely. It was an unpleasant experience, and I did not feel respected as a customer. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this place.

Came on a Friday evening expecting a healthy dinner. Instead, I sat at a table for 10 minutes without ever getting a menu. The place is ruefully understaffed and obviously aimed at deliveries. No one even tried to notice me, and I left without ever being served. This isn’t my first time though, so I know that actual food there is quite good. But please, for the love of god HIRE ENOUGH STAFF.

James, the manager, was serving tonight. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. He was very personable and accommodating to our silly food and beverage requests. This is a fantastic location to dine at.

The service is great, no issues. The food is great, no issues. The manager fella who is almost always here is really good. The issue is a bit of a pervading smell. Its a slight musty, grimy odor. I worked at a theatre previously and we needed to do a thorough cleaning of the seats and the carpet, the tables and chairs, once a year to combat the smell. It is a bit off putting because it shows up a bit in between bites.
