Great service all around
It's unfortunate this restaurant is going downhill fast. It seems like a flood of new owners are cutting quality in favour of increased profit. The steak sandwich is thin and very fatty, and the gravy was disgusting, like clumpy brown grease with a thick rubber film. The waitress forgot my bread so the steak was cold when I was able to start eating it all. Draft beer was flat too. It's ridiculous to be greeted with a question like, "Did you come for takeout?" instead of a welcome message upon entering Boston Pizza. It's even more ridiculous that the waiter who escorted you to your table dropped the menu on the table without even looking at you. I'm glad the waiter who came to take my order was more cheerful and understanding. Please don't employ such ridiculous people in places like this. At least respect the brand's reputation
Went here with my step mom, toddler and baby (10 days old) yesterday Aug 16 around 11:49AM. Our waiter was a 19 year old young guy who was absolutey exceptional! Was so good with my toddler and just a great guy! I did not catch his name but I was very impressed by him and would come back to this location solely based on how he was! Also the food was fantastic as per usual! A great overall experience 10/10
