Incredibly slow, 20 minute lunch took 45 minutes, and you have to ask for the free meal coupon. I didn’t bother as I have no desire to return. Not the servers’ fault that they’re understaffed, seems like pretty bad management here.
Don’t come here for lunch. Took the lady 20 mins to bring the check. I don’t know how that’s the most difficult part of service.
We chose this venue for a co-worker’s going-away lunch, as it was his preferred spot. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Not only was the service subpar, but we were shocked to overhear our servers in a nearby prep kitchen speaking negatively about our group. I’ve visited this restaurant several times, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. On my recent visit, I waited a long time at my table and called for assistance several times, but no one came to serve me. I couldn’t help but feel disrespected and possibly treated differently because of my skin color — this has happened before in the same location.
