I love this place and all the employees. But BRAYDEN is AMAZING! He sang happy birthday like an angel and had a great personality to match that beautiful voice. Thank you to the boston pizza team and BRAYDEN🩷🩷
In a word . . . WOW! My husband and I, and our daughter and her husband and her daughter came here for lunch. Two of us had the fish and chips, haddock, hot and crisp. The dressing for the coleslaw was in a separate cup so you could use as much as you like and save the rest for the fries (surprisingly tasty). The Bug Pasta, Maple Bacon Burger and Chicken Quesadilla were excellent. Large portions for all items so no room for dessert. The service was excellent. Kudos to Madison. Extremely disappointing experience at Boston Pizza Albany. From management down to the servers, the service was unorganized and unprofessional. It felt like no one was on the same page. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and when we finally were, the service was rushed and inattentive. Management clearly needs to step up — the lack of leadership shows in how the staff operates. Food took a long time and didn’t come out as expected. My family went to BP's for my sisters birthday and while we have had better food at other locations, our server Olivia was very accommodating even with our multiple diet restrictions and she gave us a free dessert and happy birthday song! We'll definitely be coming back
