Our snacks were good, the beer was wonderfully cold but there was a table in the lounge that was operating at a yelling decimal, making a normal conversation quite impossible for the rest. Both my dining partner and I wondered why someone "official" didn't ask that they be more mindful of those around them. It sure didn't add to what would have been an otherwise very pleasant stay. Cheers.

The was service was really bad, me and my relatives went and they said they wanted to bring all the food at once but after everyone was done eating my food finally came . And the servers were really disrespectful.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve seen in a restaurant. Food came very late, separate each plate about 5 mins apart instead of all together, had to ask for sauce 10 times and still didn’t come, and when I asked the server again, he refused to help us because it wasn’t his table. You take your family to a restaurant to enjoy food all together at the same time and enjoy the service, unfortunately that wasn’t the case at this Boston Pizza.

I recently visited Boston Pizza and just wanted to say how great the service was. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and respectful throughout the entire visit. The level of friendliness really stood out and made the experience much more enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making customers feel comfortable and appreciated. Thank you for such a positive experience—I’ll definitely be coming back.

I dont think 2 shrimps can be called a shrimp pasta. The pasta without the shrimp is great, which is pretty much what I got, but paid extra for shrimp. And got 2.
