Very disappointing experience at Boston Pizza Capilano. My aunt arrived around 6:00 PM and was told the wait would be approximately 15 minutes. Nearly 50 minutes later, at 6:50 PM, we were still waiting for a table with very little communication about the delay. We arrived as a large sports group celebrating a team finale. For our large group of 20+, they had a single waitress who also had to juggle other tables. No manager assistance, none of the hostestess assisted with water refills, it was the worst service I have ever seen at the location. The group was pre reserved, so they knew it was coming and simply lacked the staff or preparation to handle the job. One hour to even get drink orders in, and after an hour and a half still waiting on water.

I just can't with this boston pizza anymore. I am going to the one on 75th and Argyll even though it's 5 minutes further away. I typically get a tropical chicken pizza from here and they never put enough sauce on the pizza. Even when I ask for more sauce, they only put it on maybe 50% of the time. Any other location seems to be fine, it's just this place. It sucks because it's only like a 2 minute walk from my house.
