Chenul S as a server has been the worst experience in so long lol I have a little one and can tolerate a lot but it was just terrible, had to ask him to be our server because we were sitting for 30 minutes, knew nothing of the menu or specials, stood talking to the hostess and ignoring us completely. I asked 5 different people for things, it was comical. No thank you to him. The steak was cooked perfectly tho lol
Came in today around 2. Our server was so sweet. And it was a nice snack. She was attentive and aware.
Food is what you expect for Boston Pizza, the crazy part for me was our table waiting 22 minutes to even be acknowledged by our waitress meanwhile the larger group next to us had 3 to help them sort out their billing. I understand a large group is difficult to cash out but just for comparison our waitress didn’t even bother to come back to give us our bill we had to walk to the front to pay. Seems like a lack of organization or care but regardless there’s too many Boston pizzas in the city to waste your time here
Just had a quick beer with a friend. Service from the philipino waiter was great.
