I've ordered 4 times in a row in the app, the first 3 times I put in Special Instructions to go light on the pizza sauce. Only to have EXTRA pizza sauce. Smothered. Disgusting. So the fourth time I put nothing to see what happens, and yep, tons of pizza sauce and barely any cheddar on my Great White North. For that crazy price, I'll just eat a can of pasta sauce thanks. I'm done
Waited nearly an hour for my food after the table had already got their food. The table had already finished eating and we're getting bills when my food finally arrived. The restaurant was not busy at the time at all. As someone who works in a kitchen, a 1 hour bill time is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I dont know how the kitchen could have been allowed to get a bill time that high while not even busy. I came in for take out. Zahra was Awesome at the front desk taking and helping me with my order. Will definitely be back just for her Awesome customer service
Had a great time on Wednesday which is BPs wing night. Everything tasted superb.
