Server was verryyyyyy rude .manager was trying to cover up her by explaining non sense stuff for which he wasn’t Der at the scene and supporting wrong thing by saying she was just explaining like what? By saying don’t give this attitude for what? We always celebrate our son’s birthday at this Boston Pizza with his grandparents, and the service is consistently great. Recently, we ran into an issue with some gift cards we bought for Christmas. The manager, Darryl, personally reached out to explain the situation and happily replaced the cards for us. That is truly amazing customer service. Thank you, Darryl, for going above and beyond to help us!
