We went for trivia upstairs and it was a great experiance. The supper we had was great as well.
After walking in get our ids checked we then proceeded to sit at our table with no menus for 30 minutes waiting for the server. After another 30 mins she finally came back and took our drink/food orders. After another 20 minutes we finally got our drinks and food shortly after. She came around again after another 20 minutes asking how our food was when I asked for a refill of my drink. We (table of 4) came here for a couple drinks and a snack at 8:30pm on a Friday night and our service was horrible. Our server only had 3 people in our section (not busy) and we were waiting forever for our drinks, food, and bill. We got no utensils even though we ordered items that required forks (salads), and our food came out with hair BAKED into crust of the bandera bread and a bottle cap inside our drinks.
