food was good, service was uncomfortable came last night up to the lounge for some appetizers and drinks, the waitress seemed like she was probably a very kind woman but spent the entire time acting way too familiar with us, talking about how bad she wanted to go home, playing with a straw before handing it over, rambling about personal stuff in her life, to the point where I wished I hadn't come. Despite what it says online, this location is not wheelchair accessible. Which is unfortunate because it’s the closest to the hospital.

Family went there last weekend prior to an event. Was a table of a dozen or so people. Service was terrible, & nearly every dish that came out to our table was cold. My father’s lasagna was still frozen a bit in the middle. When the waitress was advised of the issue, she said one of their ovens was down. So I guess they cooked the whole tables food in the oven that was having issues. When she offered to take back to the kitchen, we declined because we had to get going to our event. Hands down the worst BP’s ever visited.
