My mom was in university hospital and I wanted to go someplace and relax. Boston pizza has been my go to for 20 years. I am over 50 now. Grey beard. The waitress there ID's me. I get if I was with other people or something but she singled me out because I dont carry my wallet around from place to place. I keep cash in my pocket. She was condescending and made sure everyone heard her belittle me. Im guessing its a rule for the kids in school. I ordered take out from Boston Pizza...although, i will say that they make great pizza....but when i was recently told that Boston.brutes are apparently pre-packaged like a sub from 7-11!!! They get heated up in a microwave and served to you thinking it's made fresh???? Gross!! Now I know why I stopped ordering brutes...they were always terrible!! It was either cold on one side and soggy on the other! Boston Pizza has jumped on the bandwagon like Montanas...having prepackaged food!! I'd rather make it myself, that way I know... read more
Asked waitress where the washroom was and she snapped at me all cause im hard of hearing and i said wow!! then proceeded to tell my daughter she wont be serving us. Its hot out and we were coming to get the lunch special after walking from the hospital for medical treatments.. I was happy to take my business else where. Went to the bell instead check my next review! Will not be going back to that location EVER! I wouldn't be keeping ignorant staff on that chase away business when the place was already dead.. shameful
