We were hoping Boston pizza would be a good family oriented place to support us when our infant grandson needed to have his bottle warmed up. All we wanted was a small glass of hot water to warm up his bottle and they refused unless we sat down and ordered $10 minimum drink . Shame on you, Boston pizza. You just lost a family of customers. Also shame on you to the server, Julie. Horrible customer service.
We were in WEM. My daughter needed a place to warm up her 2 month old son’s bottle of milk because he was getting hungry fast. She stopped at Boston Pizza on Bourbon Street just for a cup of hot water to warm up the bottle. They told her in order to get the cup of hot water she needed to sit in their restaurant and order a $10 minimum. Desperate to calm her crying baby, she ordered a drink but the water they gave her was lukewarm so it took so long to warm up the bottle. What a ripoff! The service was slow. Many young people talking time to not really show any care. When the food finally came it was so bad I didn't eat it. When I told him I don't want this I don't like it he said oh do you want something else I said no thanks. He brought the Bill and charged us for it. I asked why is this on there. He said well when I add it I can't take it off 😂 ok then Boston Pizza Edmonton. We paid and left very poor quality of food and service go somewere else.
