Terrible experience ordering online. Took 2 plus hours to receive our order while on vacation here for 1 day. They messed up two of four orders. One of which being a main meal and the other a side. Bother were missing.
Got the Triple Play and Caramel Panookie. The food was good, and my server was really kind and sweet, which made me feel welcome. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely come back.
My birthday party on August 28th
I visited on a Monday evening after 6 PM with my little one for a special dinner celebration. Unfortunately, the experience fell short from the moment we arrived. We waited quite some time to be acknowledged at the door and then again to be seated. After being shown to our table, we went to wash our hands only to find there was no soap available. I been going here almost regularly for some cozy food ,and i was a fan of BP but last night changed my mind,me and mu girlfriend went for a late night dinner the server was fine but i ordered a poutine first time trying it,it was salty and the taste if gravy was burnt,i told my server and she said if i wane anything else i said no,i was hopping I don’t get charged for the poutine they charged me and the manager didn’t seem he cares it felt like he doesn’t want our business ,not a fan of it.
