My mother and I had the best service from Daniel yesterday at dinner time. He was super friendly, had a great sense of humor, and helped to make the entire experience the best we’ve had in a while. We laughed constantly with him. My mother even commented on how this is now her favorite restaurant and she hopes we get Daniel again the next time we come, I do as well. Of course the food was good, it always is, but I really just wanted to compliment Daniel and thank him for the best dinner service we’ve had!!!
I wanted to share my experience regarding the customer service and food dining with my recent visit. Unfortunately, both aspects fell short of expectations. The service felt inattentive and lacking in professionalism. Additionally, the food did not meet the standards, leaving much to be desired in terms of quality and taste. I hope this feedback helps highlight areas for improvement so that future experiences can be much more positive.
