Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at Boston Pizza Uptown. When we arrived, we waited at the entrance for about 10 minutes, but there was no hostess available. Since the restaurant was only about half full, we eventually went inside and sat at a table. We then waited another 15 minutes without anyone approaching us.
