Sorry but not impressed at all and likely won’t be back as this was my second or third try. Had the jambalaya fettuccine-it wasn’t warm or hot. The solo waitress was running around the entire store like she needed roller skates: drinks took 22 mins to get; food about the same (pasta only takes 8 mins to cook) there was only one cook on staff. They are offering pasta Tuesday deal for the whole month of January 2026. So we ordered the spaghetti meatballs and chicken & mushroom fettuccini’s Alfredo. Both entrees were $17 each and the portions are huge. Service from the waitresses here are impeccable and needs to be made example for other restaurants. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and will come back again.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Boston Pizza Tillicum thanks to Ava, the manager. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. Ava checked in on us often, made sure everything was perfect, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Outstanding customer service like hers truly makes a difference. Highly recommend this location, and huge thanks to Ava for making our visit amazing!
