The service we recieved tonight was beyond exceptional!! We were a party of 11 with a mental challenged young man, who was celebrating his birthday. If there was ever someone to train how to be a server, Ava should be that person. Her personality and interactions with my stepson, were perfect. Full shoutout to her and the rest of the staff as well. Everyone was very happy with the food as well. Thank you for a memorable evening. We will definitely be back.
Went in for a late meal the other night with my daughter and our server Carson made the experience wonderful with how polite and attentive he was . He also made sure that someone's undesirable regurgitation , that was left behind in the parking lot was washed away . I felt the need to write this review as it was one of the first times in a few years of going into this establishment that the service made the experience pleasant . The food was really delish as well .

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too poor not to share. My family of four visited Boston Pizza at Uptown after what was already a difficult day, hoping to celebrate together with a simple, reliable meal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I can recall. To start on a positive note—the hostess was warm, friendly, and welcoming.
