Horrible service, paid for drinks that I couldn’t get a refill for. Every other table was served and checked on but ours. I even had a customer come to apologize for how bad the restaurants service was as they felt bad for us. After mentions this to the staff they still had us pay for the drinks when we were thirsty almost our whole meal even after going to someone and asking for a refill and never got it. TERRIBLE SERVICE
We had a service seat us and take our order but Brain was the one doing all the work, he was quick and he checked in on us. Thanks Brian
This was rough. I completely understand that establishments can have a bad day and have short staff but what I can’t excuse, is not giving people the option by telling them that they are short staffed and things will be slower than usual. We chose this location because they are dog friendly on the patio. We arrived at 5:30, waited 30 minutes for drinks, had to go inside twice to ask if we could order, got our food at 7:20. Booked a reservation for 9 people and got seated for only 8. Took 30 minutes to get a drink order through. Food took an hour and 15 minutes before it came out and wasn’t even great. Kids menu was blurry and could not be read. Would not come back.
