Been to other BP locations and was not charged for additional honey dill sauce yet this one did. But I guess that’s what happens when you buy food in the airport - they milk you for what you’ve got.
It take to long before
Service was the issue here. Came in to grab lunch and saw the sign to “Seat Yourself” and so I did. There was a Filipina server that kept coming back and forth close to my table but completely ignored me the whole time. That’s when I decided to just order online with their QR codes. 15 minutes later, my drink never came but the same server sat down three guests beside my table and gave them drinks right away. So , it was Sunday night me and my child we ordered food from the Boston pizza , kids meal and 3 pastas. I was in rush for my boarding . A lady was preparing my food for take out . She gave me the food and I ran away to my gate. But the thing is ,when I open the bag , I found only 2 pastas and kinds meal . One of my pasta was missing. The lady wasn’t attentive to my order from the starting and I saw little bit ignorance towards me. Hope manager will keep an eyes on her . Thanks .
Had one of the best meals here!! I haven’t been to BP’s in forever and so happy we picked this place at the airport. Jonathan was first class - so attentive and made sure everything came out fast so we could board our flight! We can’t wait to be back thanks Jonathan!!!
