First of all - extremely expensive. Way more than any other BP’s. The restaurant was filthy. More than half of the tables were dirty and had plates and napkins all over. Staff took forever to bring menu and waters. Floor and restaurant was overall dirty. Ended up leaving before ordering because was scared the food would be gross.

Horrible service the servers ignored me and my family waited for 40 minutes to even get water. Every table was dirty. Terrible management. Worst service in the airport.
I think that poster said self serve. But the apps charge me 20 percent tips automatically even I have no water to drink The apps said that closing the apps after ordering to prevent charge. it is misleading . I already close the apps totally. I suddenly received sms to charge . I already paid me in Apple Pay in full. The screen show the amount to charge in full. Then, I go to ask the staff.
