If you cannot provide service to your customers, then do not let customers in at all. If you can not manage the business, do not be in this business. Not once I left a negative review, but this was something else. We arrived around 5:30 PM with a group of six, three adults and three kids, expecting a normal family dinner. Pretty disappointing overall. Service was substandard, and the food quality was not great either. Just underwhelming.
My family moved into the neighborhood about 5 years ago. We would frequent this spot as it was so close to home and it became both my kids favorite restaurants. I also enjoyed it as the food was always consistent and service was good. After my last experience, not so sure if its still gonna be our 'go to'.
