Had a bad experience and won't be coming back. We waited for our food for over an hour. In that time we both ran out of water, our waitress noticed and said she would come back to refill it, but she never returned until it was time to give us the bill. She realized she forgot to get us water and went to get us some. She returned with 2 glasses of flat sprite. When we brought it to her attention she said she just grabbed a jug from the back that looked like water and was not very apologetic. Disappointing service.

We decided to order directly from the restaurant because our recent delivery orders through SkipTheDishes had been taking over an hour and often arrived cold. Our online order indicated it would be ready in 22 minutes. When my husband arrived to pick it up, he had to wait an additional 20+ minutes before the order was ready. After driving home, we discovered our son's meal had not been included. I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding the unacceptable level of service I received from the manager, Duncal, during my recent visit to your Boston Pizza location.As a manager, Duncan is expected to demonstrate leadership, resolve customer issues gracefully, and maintain the hospitality standards of the Boston Pizza brand. I can't remember the last time I was at BP. Many excellent menu choices.. fish tacos were scrumptious. our server was excellent.
