The worst experience ever!!! Wish I could give negative stars. Our server, Ethan failed to serve or update us when items in the menu were not available. Food flavour was terrible and dry just like the people serving. They should come down to GTA to know what hospitality looks like and food tastes like. What a disappointment🤮Would not advise people to visit. Just a small “sorry” would have sufficed. Even after pointing that out, I just got a death stare back.
Really disappointed with my experience at Boston Pizza, Owen Sound. The service from Ethan was unacceptable — he was rude and made inappropriate comments that felt discriminatory toward us as brown customers. This kind of behavior is not okay and should not be tolerated. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better training and respect for all customers
The smoky mountain spaghetti and meatballs was so salty!
Haven't been here in ages tried it again today for my daughter's b day and was extremely happy they made up for the last time our server Grayson should get a raise very attentive with out being annoying and not once showing up when I had food in my mouth lol
