The service from ema was amazing . She was there to bring refill before I even asked friendly staff.
Use to visit this place a couple times a week and as my hands down favourite. Now every time I go back and try again it’s a huge disappointment. Tonight ordered take out Boston Brute = Cold Fries = Cold Bandara = Burnt but decent temp $3.00 bottle of pop = warm They got the temps of everything backwards and undercooked sandwich over cooked Bandara And just what I wanted when I ordered a supposed to be hot meal for dinner a warm pop. Just awful experience tonight at this Boston pizza beyond disappointed. I'd head to Collingwood or saugeen shores forsure.
The new Thai bites salad was delicious!!
I know it is tough times for restaurants still but it is still there responsibly to make sure customers get the best experience they can. Short on glassed food not perfect is not what should be cut. When a customer gets everything and more they want to come back. Staff can only do so much and the staff here does a great job but they still need the management to make sure they can be awesome It still is one of the better spots in town.
