From the moment we walked in to the time we left was a total dissatisfaction. The door guy had zero smile or interest in being there ( mind you we asked to switch places with 3 tables due to to much sun on the baby outside) our server was tapped out, end of her shift and you could tell. The food was mediocre , I barely had steak in my steak sandwich. Burger was good and mashed potatoes really good. Our table was sticky and there was old food under it at our feet. I had a very disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza location. It wasn’t busy at all, yet we had to wait a full 20 minutes before a server even came over to our table. When the server finally took our order, they forgot it not once, but twice, which was frustrating and made the whole process feel unorganized. To make matters worse, the servers spent the entire time just talking among themselves and completely ignored our table. I came with my friend to enjoy the Brazil vs Morocco game and have a good time but the server ruined it. I asked her a simple question and I was answered so rudely that I had to cancel my order. The world cup unites the people but because of her I had to get up eventually and cancel my order because I dont want to be disrespected when I'm paying for a service.
