Got the opportunity to have dinner here tonight and had a great experience. The food was really good, and the Wednesday wings deal is definitely worth it. Special thanks to Dustyn for the excellent service , very attentive and made sure everything was on point. Will definitely be coming back again!
Absolutely awful service at this location from start to finish. Waited at the door for longer than is normal at any other restaurant in barrie. Waited again at the table for what felt like forever before we were greated with " has anyone been here yet? " . Shouldn't you know? Are you our server? Like what's going on? No hello, no my name is, just a confused, no one knows their sections or what tables they are supposed to be serving. Food was great and our server was fantastic at dealing with a rowdy group of 20 by himself.
I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes waiting to be seated or to try and find a seat myself with no instructions on what to do. When a guy let us pick our table, we waited an extra 25 minutes just for our drinks to be served. No one ever came back to us. Meanwhile, my boyfriend watched the waitress serve the two other tables. The place wasnt packed, and we never even got our drinks or our order taken. So i dont have anything good to say about my experience because i never had one.
