Your servers really need training take 1-2 week and teach ho to serve food and deal with customers. By the food amazing but your front made me really disappointed i will never visit this place again
Customer service very poor after 25 min asking for drink and no clean up in bathrooms, all dirty floor in dining areas
Waiting for almost 45 minutes. Washrooms were so dirty and messy. The restaurant was not even busy, dirty tables filled with food. The food was so terrible. What’s going on with BP in this location. Used to be good. One of my favourite stops in Squamish.
If you're looking for the same quick, friendly service you're used to at BP - keep driving. This one sucks. We were barely greeted at the door, basically sat ourselves, sat for almost 10 minutes before we were asked about drinks - with a toddler! Food took almost 30 minutes and it wasn't busy at all. We were visiting from Calgary and chose Boston Pizza to dine at because back in Calgary, it’s always been family friendly with amazing food but here that wasn’t the case. First of all, the waitress never walked us to our table and told us to sit in the bar even when she could clearly see we had two underage children with us.
