I’ve been going to this place for years. Amazing service excellent food perfect place to go out with the kids.
Worst service ever. And it is every time. We’ve gone back a few times thinking maybe it would be ok… major disappointment every time. Like others have said, it seems like customers are an inconvenience. We were asked if we wanted drinks, but no menu was offered. Then we had to flag down a different server to order food. We’re visiting from Calgary, and decided to come in for dinner with my family of 4. It was about 8:00pm, and the place had a few tables of patrons seated, but we had missed the dinner rush. We were seated promptly, but the table hadn’t been wiped down so the hostess placed menus on wet/sticky rings from previous patron’s drinks/desserts. When our server finally took our order. This location really provided everything a restaurant can… our server welcomed my family of 5 and we felt treated as family. The food came promptly and tasted perfect 👌🏻
Almost no staff, almost no service. Servers seemed to be actively avoiding the dining area. Had to ask twice if someone could take our order and managed to flag someone down. They seemed annoyed they had to take our order (at one point we checked the menu in case we had to order on an app). Didn’t bring any of the desert or sides for the kids menu, didn’t ask if we wanted refills… didn’t bring any when we did ask.
