Management needs to read all the reviews here and re-train their staff. They dont have any service manners. They take the order and disappear. They dont greet or cone to check in.
We had a frustrating visit recently and unfortunately won’t be returning. Ordered a kids' meal which includes a drink, but no one offered it until we asked—felt like a basic oversight. We also ordered a medium pizza and a drink, but received a large pizza with no sign of the drink. Service throughout was slow and inattentive. We asked for a to-go box to take leftovers home, but that never came either. Small things like this really add up and make the experience feel careless. Definitely expected better. Ordered for 145 international language camp students and staff. Nitin and his staff were very accommodating and helpful with the booking process and kept good communication throughout. As we had around 125 children with us, the staff were extremely helpful and patient. If we go to Whistler for a large trip again, we will definitely be back. Thank you!
