Worse diner experience ever… Waitress was sarcastic, w non existent service, served food wo plates or utensils, food was served cold and burnt, waited for refills, even simple requests lemon w drink missed twice, My wife was served burnt cold chicken salad wo a large bowl to mix, we mentioned issues to manager Peggy she said “we bring you the biggest bowl you like”, and then my nephew who getting desert for his bday was served it w white hair in it…when given bill before we ordered desert and drink for my son, and they did z... read more
Visited this location on Sunday, July 27th, around 9pm since we were staying at that hotel and had a voucher. Immediately upon arrival, the manager on duty, Dave, asked how many people and led us to a table. We saw another table that was empty and more preferred. He said its dirty and we need to wait 30 minutes. We asked him why it takes 30 minutes to clean a table that looked 90% clean. He gives us attitude and says "you either take this table or wait 30 minutes to get that one or you can go dine at a different restaurant."... read more
Rachel was our server and she was awesome. Great service and so friendly!
I was in at approximately 6:40PM on 22-July-2025 to pick up my order. When I got home I found that I was given a Spaghetti instead of fries as my side. When I called to mention it to BP they person who picked up seemed very dismissive and rude. All I wanted to do was advise them so that they can fix and issue.
