Was a pretty sub par experience, Seems like everything was either an upcharge or a cost to substitute, while service did check up on us a fair amount the non bar side was not busy, the server had a bit of an attitude. Pricing was high for a Boston pizza. (Niagara effect I guess). I recommend going to chucks road house for a better and cheaper experience.
Out of a few Boston Pizzas this is the worst one I have been too. Mainly it seems they are cheap. Wanted to charge extra for subbing bacon for ham on pizza. No other Boston Pizza has charged us for that same substitution. Then the toppings on the pizza where pretty sparse. To top it off they didn't let us use 2 kids eat free from our card. They only let us use 1. Since the adults orders 1 pizza and shared. Despite it being well over the minimum entree order value split in 2.
Paulette was a wonderful server + food was quick + tasty. We’ve been to many BP’s over the years but this one deserved a special shout out for the amazing service.
