Consistent meals and service - great job
I love BP. Whenever I travel, there's always one where I go. I usually dine in, food is great and service is great, especially on Pasta Tuesday. But one time, I ordered a takeout and the quality of food isn't the same as when I dined in. I ordered a penne in vodka sauce baked with vegan cheese topping. I got a fusilli pasta instead of penne and it hardly had sauce in it. When I opened my order, I was already disappointed because it wasn't penne.
