We went to BPs after our movie for just a quick drink and our server was amazing. She was quick and extremely friendly. My husband had a Caesar and I asked her to make a surprise. We watched her make them at the bar and we couldn’t have been happier. It was a great night! Thanks Ryleigh.
Very slow service. Servers were rude and ignorant as always. No cutlery and napkins provided. After 40 mins found cold food and with no plate. After request got wet plates and after another 20 mins of wait we got napkins to clean those wet plates. For take out containers another 20 mins wait and then audacity to say we forgot to give you containers. No warmth and zero acknowledgment of someone’s bad experience at their place.
