Wow ! Food and experience were top notch! We will be coming back here, and likely checking out a Boston Pizza near us. Huge shout out to Cole for the excellent service!
Have been eating at various BPs before but this one today was a disappointment. The food ordered was served cold, and when pointed out, the manager came to take it away and came back 2-3 mins later claiming it’s fresh now, and it was like microwaved.. still cold. Fries were soft and cold, fish was hot from outside but cold from inside. Disappointed in the visit today, and probably not going there again. All it takes is one bad experience. Had spent the day on Clifton Hill with my nephew, we're local and he's never been down there before. Had a mid day lunch break at Boston Pizza, Matheus was our server. Matheus was a great server, genuinely a nice guy, great communication to us and directly talked to my nephew, who was very tired and quiet at that point of our day. In a world of chaos and terrible customer service it was refreshing to have Matheus serve us that day.
