Our family had a great experience at this Boston Pizza location. We had the best service from Sophia. Smiley, timely and fun. Thank you so much!!
Stopped by for dinner and had a really great time. The atmosphere was chill and the food came out quick and hot. What stood out most was the service, our server Kaylani was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. They gave great menu suggestions and checked in at just the right times. Honestly one of the better dine-in experiences I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be coming back!

I recently visited Boston Pizza on Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls, and I was very disappointed by the condition of the men’s washroom. It was extremely dirty, with no sign that it had been cleaned in quite a while. The toilet hasn’t been washed for long time, and basic cleanliness was clearly lacking. For such a well-known restaurant in a major tourist area, this level of hygiene is unacceptable. I expected better from Boston Pizza. We had Mackenzie W. as a server and she was amazing! She made sure we had our drinks in a timely manner and she always had a positive energy and smile. We’re looking forward to our next visit and hopefully we luck out and get Mackenzie again.
