6 minutes ago Took my new puppy to Revere and they lost the only paperwork I had from the breeder. The front desk staff are more concerned with what color nail polish to use or what they're having for lunch... they can find menus, but can't seem to pull their heads out of their asses to located my puppy's medical records from the breeder. The paperwork had when she was born, microchip info, previous shots. Dr. Olga Never called to speak to me and as I said her Revere staff at front desk are useless! The Only person who tried... read more
I want to thank Dr. Olga and all the techs and other vets for their amazing work. My 6 month old Teena (kitten) electrocuted herself and the team at the pet clinic got me thru the horrors of what was a long 10 days. My Teena is now on the road to being her normal kitten self
I have brought my animals here for a couple years and never thought to rate them, so I guess I will now! Both my dog and cat have come to this vet for routine and emergency care. They are very thorough and friendly, and the price was very reasonable. Certainly less than other vets in the area. When my dog got attacked by another dog they got her right in and did surgery right away, with awesome follow up care. They are my first call when something might be wrong with my furbabies.
After numerous calls with no callbacks I’m shocked. I checked off that my cat was to get IV fluids during the surgery, my paperwork says it was declined. I asked for my cat to have the nails done, they said they did it when they did not. I Opt for a microchip, they said they don’t know if they did it, I have to bring her back there to see if they put the micro chip in it.
Cold and outdated. We just walked into the room, not introducing herself, not looking into our eyes. Dirty place. Assistants eating at the front desk and in the operating rooms. Euthanasia went smoothly and price was low.
The kindest most understanding people. They treated my baby Sylvester like their own. XO
