I love thier chicken and the great costumer services.
Everything is undercooked. Stay away. Just came from there again today 2/21/2021. Mac&cheese in watered down cheese sauce, corn bread undercooked dough was broken down sticking on containers. I don’t know why I keep going there. I just moved here from New Jersey and I love the Boston Markets there. This place does not meet the standards. Shut it down before it destroys the brand.
There attitudes here are horrible they always being smart to customers when it’s really unnecessary. They never show good customer service.
I placed an order for pick-up, got to the location. Doors were locked all the lights and open signs during store open hours no sign indicating they closed early. Attempted to call but no one answered. Very disappointed, luckily I got my refund from Grubhub.
