Menu display off, no mac and cheese, fountain drinks were off, only 3 employees working there, one was constantly fraternizing or on their phone. None took my order for 15 minutes, employee was talking with two others about how their shipment of chicken was a day late. They had a bare minimum to operate. Called in regards to an order I had placed (11/07, 6:30pm) lady I talked to hung up on me once and was very rude when I tried to call back. Horrible customer service

I haven't been to Boston Market in a couple decades. I noticed this one is still open recently, so I decided since it's near where I'm going in San Jose today, I'd have dinner here. Meatloaf! That spinach side I used to get! I was looking forward to it the whole ride over the hill. Well, the parking lot was empty. So was the restaurant. Doesn't bode well.
