It has dramatically changed from being my daughter's favorite fast food to being her least favorite. The food isn't good anymore. The service is lacking. Hours are until 9 pm and the door is often closed and locked, lights out at 7:30 or 8 multiple times.
Edit: 11/18/23: This place is closed. Health department notice on the door. Like all Boston Markets, the company is dying. The food was good but they tear off the part of the receipt that has a coupon on it.
THEY DID NOT SEASON MY FOOD,THE BROCCOLI TASTED MICROWAVED,THE MASHED POTATOES HAD NO SEASONIG OR GRAVY,I HAD 3 ORDERS ONLY GOT 2 OF MY ORDERS ,DISGUSTED BY TASTE ,BOSTON MARKET USE TO BE SO GOOD ...SAD!!
I got there and stood for about 6-7min while the lady behind the counter was cutting chicken....she finally acknowledged me & confirmed that they were only taking cash when I proceeded to order, I began to ask myself why wouldn't they have a sign up on the door before people walked in.....I went back out to my vehicle and did the order online which was noted to be ready at 4:40p.....I decided to go in five minutes before time....the same lady was now behind the food portion of the counter scrolling on her cellphone and there... read more
The lady at the register was sweet. Three of the menu monitors were completely down. They had an old laminated menu posted on top of the non-working monitors. They were taking cash-only purchases for today. We ordered the turkey meal (my 7yr old) and the meat loaf meal (me). Our side choices were Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and creamed spinach. The mashed potatoes, turkey, and meat loaf had nice flavor.
