Can't rate the food or service, had different hours posted on the door after locating them on the map. Waste of time and frustrating as we are limited with our time today!! And with prices being outrageous these days, if people are willing to pony up the money you should probbbbaaably get the hours right, don't ya think...???

My husband enjoyed the food. I am a little more picky about food so I didn't care for the food. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good, and the piece of cake I had was good as well.
My meatloaf was burnt and it was i very tiny pieces not my normal size was very dissatisfied with my meal this time. One person working on a Saturday night
While the customer service I received was great, my food tasted very bad. Everything from the chicken, to the sides...all tasted sour, cold, and had a bitter aftertaste. Even my drink wasn't cold...it was room temperature! Boston Market has changed...the food use to be flavorful. They need to make sure that the food is cooked properly and tastes good for customers.
