This place is never open .. I always see posts of random people saying they’ve gotten good here so I am tricked to drive out and see if I can finally get Boston market since the one by my house closed and every time it is closed. They might as well also label it permanently closed because it’s never open
Put in an online order but when we arrived to pick up the place was closed. There is no customer service number online to ask about a refund. We had to call our bank to dispute charges. Looking through recent reviews, this place never seems to be open and the company does not seem to care.
Worst food I've ever had. I do not recommend at all. This place needs to be closed down asap.
Drove to this location as the location on 59th and peoria was closed, arrived to this location and it was also closed, no signage of why. A lot of other people were also waiting outside looking through the windows while 2 employees walked out through the back door. For further clarification we got to the store within business hours at 12pm on a Sunday.
Very upset. I called this location to ask about Thanksgiving dinner. The young girl who answered said they would be opened 10am to 5pm (I confirmed Thanksgiving day, she said yes). No online orders only walk in and first come first serve. Also confirmed this was the location that would be opened. So I didn't make any other plans. They weren't open the whole day.
