I spent Christmas alone and decided to order in because I was basically stuck with no vehicle so I chose to Order from Boston market because from what I remember Boston market was always good. So when the driver came, I tipped him again simply because it was Christmas because I had already tipped him in the app so as I sit down to eat my food, this is literally the worst meal. Overpaid for an awful Thanksgiving meal. The meal served half the people it was supposed to. Rolls and punkin pie missing from the order. Sweet potato side spilled all over everything else in the bag.
My wife ordered 3 sides which described as each side able to "serves 4-6"... how the hell can you serve 4 to 6 people with that kind of potion. At each side priced at $19.99. I know prices are going up but this is too crazy. Dont order your holiday orders here because everyone will be left hungry. And how do you not give gravy with the mashed potato??
Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE!! Frankly, it sucks!! I’m surprised it’s still in business. And place looks so dingy!! Went there to buy sweet potatoes for thanksgiving and it came with a side of ATTITUDE!!!! Is this a franchise or is there higher ups??? I’d like to go the next level with complaints
