Dec 2024: A few months ago I moved into a 900 sqft 1 bedroom unit in the building. That is double the size of most one bedrooms that I toured in the area!! The large space allows me to have a separate area for my living room and my work from home setup. On top of that, my unit has a great view of the city! The property managers are very friendly, maintenance is quick to respond to issues, and moving in was a breeze. I was having a dinner party and my toilet handle stop working the night prior too. I put in a request and he came the next day and fixed it before my dinner party. Thank you Steven ☺️

There was a really bad plumbing issue. I was a little optimistic at first but they really did put in work to fix the problem. They were here till about 1030pm working until they fixed it. It was nice to see that kind of effort put in with it being the weekend. Thanks again guys.
The tour was great, Liliana makes the experience! The building is everything we hoped for when we decided to move to Milwaukee.
