They buy cheap junk and have not fixed half the things I put in the request portal. Front desk and phone is rarely monitored
Dec 2024: A few months ago I moved into a 900 sqft 1 bedroom unit in the building. That is double the size of most one bedrooms that I toured in the area!! The large space allows me to have a separate area for my living room and my work from home setup. On top of that, my unit has a great view of the city! The property managers are very friendly, maintenance is quick to respond to issues, and moving in was a breeze. I was having a dinner party and my toilet handle stop working the night prior too. I put in a request and he came the next day and fixed it before my dinner party. Thank you Steven ☺️
