Super bad management. We scheduled a tour and nobody was in the leasing office. We emailed them and they kept saying they were coming but after 10 minutes there was still no one coming. A resident let us in the building and told us that it is common that administration doesn't respond.
I scheduled a tour at 10:15 on Wednesday morning after chatting with the ridiculous AI bot that schedules the tours for you. First off, dealing with the stupid AI is so frustrating and never answers your questions right. Either that or the human who I was going back and forth with has serious reading comprehension issues. I showed up to my tour and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. No one did.
