Resident services have been replaced entirely with AI chatbots. Apartments and amenities are nice and the location great but trying to contact an actual human being for assistance is like pulling teeth. Building management company uses incompetent LLM chatbots for everything, which is a massive headache whenever you need assistance beyond a simplistic task. Do not rent here unless you're willing to have pointless circular conversations with robots anytime you need anything.
"Emergency maintenance" is unreachable. We have water coming through our ceiling, and we are unable to reach maintenance. It's now 7 hours after we initially called and we've called to follow up, and still "emergency maintenance can not be reached." The property manager also can not be reached. This is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed. I rearranged my schedule and canceled other appointments to make this showing. I arrived on time and waited over 20 minutes, but nobody showed up. My calls were not answered, and I received no notification that the appointment had been canceled or changed. The only reason I eventually got any information was because a staff member was kind enough to contact management for me. Otherwise, I would have been left standing there with no explanation. Super bad management. We scheduled a tour and nobody was in the leasing office. We emailed them and they kept saying they were coming but after 10 minutes there was still no one coming. A resident let us in the building and told us that it is common that administration doesn't respond.
I scheduled a tour at 10:15 on Wednesday morning after chatting with the ridiculous AI bot that schedules the tours for you. First off, dealing with the stupid AI is so frustrating and never answers your questions right. Either that or the human who I was going back and forth with has serious reading comprehension issues.
