rude, unprofessional, discouraging

I visited The Loft on Newbury Street in Boston this past Wednesday. My stylist was Nicole who is also the salon manager. I booked my appointment using a Groupon and was kind of expecting to be treated like a “coupon” customer. Instead and to my complete delight, Nicole took the time to get to know what I had in mind by looking at a few photos I had and talking to me about color and style. I posted a review and surprisely they deleted it lol people want good reviews on their page only they delete all the negative one ���� so no one knows they have bad service and rude
I have been coming here since it opened. I adore this place, the atmosphere, my rock star hair dresser Erika, and the owner Michael as well as all the staff, make this place my Hollywood.
