Well once we first started of the guy was great. But since he couldn't find us anything matching our criteria we decided to get a refund on our deposit. It took 3 WEEKS to get back 1675.00! We kept getting the runaround jsut to get our money back. When I called after the first 2 weeks about the deposit..the MANAGER says "oh yes I'm so sorry it's sitting on our desk we forgot to send it out". Very unprofessional company and they do not respond to emails through their website. Completely unprofessional! Never again!
Dan was great helping us find an apartment. Once we were set on a place he helped us take it off the market. 4 groups wanted that apartment but Dan made sure we got it. He has been helpful and easy to reach. Dan will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. If I could give more stars I would.
