Knowledgeable and with great bedside manners all in one. Office staff is kind and accommodating as well. We are grateful to have a practice our whole family can go to.

On 12/31 my 73-year-old father began experiencing chest pains while driving that were not relieved by nitroglycerin. He drove himself to the emergency department at Deaconess Gateway, informed them that he was having chest pains, and was informed by triage that he would have to wait. He was told that they don't see patients with chest pain immediately anymore, there were eight patients with the flu in front of him, and that he would have to wait his turn. Was very disappointed with the treatment I received in the ER. I sought treatment 3 different times throughout 1 weeks time, for a kidney stone that they said i would pass all 3 visits. On my 3rd visit I thought I was going to be admitted only to be told by the admission person/doctor that it would be best to wait out the pain at home due to the cost of the bill.
