When family calls, don't lie and tell them you can't tell them...they have been taken off the list. I discovered this was a lie. Heather just didn't want to be bothered by my calls every 2 days to check on my twin. I live 5 hours away. Heather is rude and a liar. It only takes 2 minutes to tell me every other day.
