We lived here for 2 years and saw it change owners/management. It was unreal the things we dealt with after it changed owners. They charged for every little thing: installing and uninstalling your own AC unit, parking passes for each car (one spot) - they had our car towed when we were in our own parking spot, service requests and emails gone unanswered, not being forthright in their move out expectations, constantly raising rent.
