This place completely screwed me over. Many of the listings I sent in requests to tour on their website were apparently not in areas this firm specializes in. Why would you display apartments on your website you do not plan on showing? I flew into Boston to specifically get a tour and was ghosted on the days I stated I was available for. Gave 3 weeks notice. I am incredibly disappointed and am taking my business elsewhere.
I just finished my one year lease with Boston Heritage Realty and I really couldn't recommend this place and these people enough. Michael Peerless was our broker and Richard Doblany was our manager/landlord and it truly couldn't have been a more seamless experience. Every time we needed maintenance or just needed to ask Rich a question he was so quick to help every single time. Can't say enough! Very unique realtor. Mike Peerless is the guy you want on your side. Daughter at Northeastern. Mike's helped her find two Boston places now. He does everything well - help with the owner relationship, coaching on how to move in and out, and he picked up our router when Xfinity delivered it 4 days early and we were out. Go with Mike! Very honest and helpful. Always responds and stays on top of things which is tough with 4 college renters and co-signers.
