I can only say great things about Boston Heritage Realty. Michael Peerless and Rich from the Management company were both amazing to deal with. Trustworthy and honest.
BHR kept referring to the ‘deposit’ - which we might be able to get back ($2k - after getting out of a lease before it started), when they actually meant the ‘broker fee’ - which was non refundable. Then acted upset when I called them out on this misperception.
I had a wonderful experience leasing an apartment with BHR. The entire team is very well-coordinated and helpful. I am especially grateful to the President, Rich, who personally stepped in to expedite the process. Thanks also to Michael, who helped us find the apartment. Thanks BHR!
This place completely screwed me over. Many of the listings I sent in requests to tour on their website were apparently not in areas this firm specializes in. Why would you display apartments on your website you do not plan on showing? I flew into Boston to specifically get a tour and was ghosted on the days I stated I was available for. Gave 3 weeks notice. I am incredibly disappointed and am taking my business elsewhere.
