The worst. They’ve taken over two properties on our street. They paste their sign on each unit, complete with QR code, but either ignore emails directed to them or reply in a curt, rude, or dismissive manner. The tenants they recruit are disrespectful of neighbors. And the tenants themselves complain that the management company is non-responsive. I’ve been a landlord for many years. I wouldn’t hire Green if they were the last management company on the face of the earth.
Hidden and outrageously priced fees for doing 0 work. Steer clear if possible.
