The Hopkinton office was a great experience. Dr. Adams is a fantastic optometrist. His staff was friendly and established my new patient account quickly. His exam was thorough, and I feel confident in his findings.

I went for the first time, explained that I was new to this. They did glasses and contact lenses at the same time which I did not know my insurance only does one of them once a year. I was told to take a” class” That would be 45 minutes regarding the contact lenses, which cost me $350. Which only consisted of 20 minutes of me, learning how to take them in and out, and that was it. Had the best experience at this office! they are a new location in the area but give the best customer service experience I have ever had at an eye doctors office! From the front desk to the optical shop to the doctor! 5 star experience all the way around! If you are in the Hopkinton area, I’d definitely give this place a try!
