I am a real estate agent who has worked with BCM. I think they do a terrific job in a largely thankless and challenging business. Katherine is very professional, helpful and resourceful. It is difficult to find a good property manager, and based on my interactions and experience, I would recommend BCM to other condo complexes going forward.
I prefer Boston Condo Management (BCM) and recommend to all of you. They can handle crashed situation to haul you back and fix you to stable rail. We have been using BCM for several years. 5 years ago we had to switch ppty mgt companies and out of the 6 we checked out, BCM won hands down. We have been very pleased. They have had to change managers (retirement) and the new mgr is as good as the old mgr - seamless. Mike Foley runs the business and is experienced, pleasant, tackles the tough issues with ease.
