Poor customer service
I am a real estate agent who has worked with BCM. I think they do a terrific job in a largely thankless and challenging business. Katherine is very professional, helpful and resourceful. It is difficult to find a good property manager, and based on my interactions and experience, I would recommend BCM to other condo complexes going forward.
