Oscar and all the front desk staff are always very helpful
I have been to 3 places in the Boston area and none have even come close to Boston Dental. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I greatly value and trust their professional opinions with any questions I may have. Highly recommended! ~Kyle A
Only concern I had was the young clerks at the front desk whom had issues confirming my appointment. I had to call to receive an email confirmation of my appointment after I already made my appointment. The email confirmation that came had an incorrect day on it. And the front desk clerk never admitted or apologize for her error. It's not a big deal but I expected better quality of service.
I never have a problem. Everyone I see is professional & friendly-from the front desk, the Dr. & assts. and, of course, Oscar.
I loved my hygienist. She is so nice and so friendly and remembered that I had briefly mentioned a vacation in my last appointment (6 months prior). That's attention to detail and commitment to excellence from which anyone in any profession could take a lesson. Bravo!
Oscar is excellent. So much so that I recommended my wife to move to Boston dental and she now also uses Oscar for checkups.
I always have a great experience at Boston Dental. My hygienist, Oscar, is wonderful. He's very gentle with my teeth, and super friendly. I have and will continue to recommend Boston Dental to my family and friends.
The only thing I don't like is when you walk into a dental office the practice is focus on money and the customer doesn't even know what type of service they will end up with. I have worked for two dental practices as office manager and have seen a lot of shady ness in the dental field. They wanted me to sign a form about can ceiling and late Appts. They charge you 50/100 dollars.When I was done with my appt they wanted me to pay before I could make my next appt. this turned me off. I understand they are protecting the time ... read more
