Do not rent with this group. Arrived to a "professionally cleaned apartment" and was met with a mice infestation, dirt and grime everywhere, making us spend days cleaning. Dishwasher and dryer were broken for months and wasn't fixed until a month before moving out for the new tenants. Slumlords poorly managing terrible properties. Company did not fulfill their promise of cleaning the premises before our move in and we moved all previous tenant’s trash out ourselves. Company waived a 100$/mo pet fee that did not actually exist. Lawn was mowed twice in a whole year. Room was in poor condition with a mismatched paint job and broken blinds.
