The worst experience I've ever had in Boston. Do not get caught into living here as the Manager (Alp Kantar) and the Agent (Serhat Ozcicek), these two cunning people will find ways to cheat you. Most of their apartments conditions are pathetic. Especially if you are a student, stay away from this place. Don’t even bother reading the positive reviews. Most of them come from people that they know. I would rather crash in a friends home for a few days and search for better apartments than stay here!

This group of brokers, Sebastian Sanchez being one, preys on first year students to sign legally binding leases quickly to avoid parental involvement. Legal, of course, and absolutely unsavory especially coming from upperclassmen. This firm exists to collect signatures quickly under the friendly guise of "locking it down". They are talking about themselves, because they are awful
