Working with Boston Best Construction has been such a pleasant experience. ******* is super responsive and thoughtful! I came across a bad leak and he has guided me to mold remediation experts and has come out while they do their work as well to make sure everything is done properly. I have never had such a great experience with a contractor and know I will use him whenever possible! I highly highly recommend **** Thanks ****... Lets get this situations addressed...

My husband and I are very satisfied with the team at Boston Best Construction . We hired them for a kitchen renovation. The meetings with ******* were pleasant and always very productive. ******* listened to ** well and was able to make our vision a reality. We are extremely satisfied with the service and the end result is wonderful.Highly recommend!

*** is an excellent firm. For my **** sq ft home, ******* and his team were kind enough to FIX the terrible and shoddy work of a previous General Contractor who I had to fire (crooked walls, baseboards that weren't flush, spotty painting, unlevel doors). ********* team was highly professional, kind and good hearted. ******* has undertaken two significant jobs for us: the first to substantially remodel and refurbish a bathroom, and the second to undertake extensive exterior decoration. The work was of a very high quality, the team was discrete and professional, and ****** (the project manager) was patient, helpful and understanding throughout the work. Last fall I hired *** to replace my existing deck with composite materials. I got several quotes and *** were the lowest. The company laid out a schedule of the work to be done and stuck to the timeline. I was informed every time slight changes needed to be made and given choices for resolution. The crew were extremely professional and arrived daily to get the project completed. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and would hire them again for other projects.

******* and his team were great. We had storm damage to our detached garage, and Boston Best had the best quote and timeline for the project. The only snag we ran into was the permitting process, but that was not the contractors fault. We really appreciated that ******* stuck with the original estimate despite the 1+ year delay in getting the permit, when were sure that materials costs had likely gone up. Best Boston Construction should be given a zero star rating if allowed. The company's owner ************************* is the only person in the company who has a Construction Supervisor License (CSL# **********. ********************* got suspended by the MA state license regulator for a year until March 2022 because he did not follow the engineering plans, caused our foundation walls to collapse, and created many safety violations.
