We’ve had some fairly major work done by Elias and his crew over the last year and they’ve done a great job at a fair price. They take the time to explain things really well, too. Glad to have these guys in the neighborhood.
I recently visited this shop under its new ownership and had an excellent experience. I needed a brake job, and the new team was incredibly helpful in explaining the entire process to me. They took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my brakes and why the repairs were necessary. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel confident in their work. I'll definitely be returning for any future car needs!
My wife and I were taken advantage of at their previous location on Washington st. In my experience: 1.) High prices 2.) Threatened to pay in cash (prevents chargebacks with credit cards) 3.) Charged for services I didn't ask for 4.) Has friends/family boost reviews and a bunch of fake followers If there's a shortcut, they will take it.
Stopped in for air and a tank of gas. Folks are really nice there. Full service station, too. What a great place.
