Boston Appraisal Services tends to copy the old appraisal reports rather than doing the actual measurement. Their appraisal report contains multiple inaccurate information, which shows that your appraiser was not 100% precise. The appraiser criticized the town assessor because he had a larger sqft than his copied report, even though the assessor did physical internal measurements. I don't recommend using this service, and I don't recommend Adnan as an appraiser.
In 13 years of real estate the only “off” appraisal I’ve ever seen was from Boston Appraisal Services. They do not know what they are doing. 1 star
