Mr. Bostedo was very prompt in getting our house appraisal done. His written report came to us less than 24 hours after completing the market value analysis. It was very thorough and helpful in understanding the entire process. Mr. Bostedo followed up with a phone call in order to answer any questions, and he spent a huge amount of time discussing property taxes, sewers lines, and other topics. I would definitely recommend Bostedo Appraisal Services.
