Whoever was in the front office that got such horrible reviews is long gone. His current staff is professional, very patient and kind and very nice to work with. Dr Bossong in my opinion knew I was terrified of having 11 top teeth pulled and dealt with me in a very kind manner. He was very gentle and really helped me get through this. He was worth the 1 hour drive.

Dr. Bossong is fine, his front desk staff are terrible. Karen especially is bad for business.
Dr. Bossong was fine. His receptionist staff was rude and poor at communicating. Please Dr. Bossong, terminate Karen and find a pleasant customer service person. She is hurting your business.
Waiting for my appointment, but front of the house medical staff was very kind and compassionate and found me a spot less than 10 days later. I have been searching for someone to pull three broken painful teeth for almost a year now. Thank you for caring and scheduling me quickly. Your effort is appreciated! -Mandy W
My wife had to cancel her appointment today and she was told she could not re-schedule another appointment because it was her 2nd cancelation. The first one, THEY told her to stay home because she was exposed to Covid. The staff were also very rude when speaking with her. How is that for customer service? And, apparently we aren't the only ones complaning about the staff. Find another oral surgeon, you won't regret it.
