Dr. Bossong was fine. His receptionist staff was rude and poor at communicating. Please Dr. Bossong, terminate Karen and find a pleasant customer service person. She is hurting your business.
This office rocks ! They are courteous , and LISTEN to you . I am so grateful to have been referred to this office . Staff was empathetic to my fears and put me at ease . Thank -you to staffing from front to back at this office . I will definitely return should I need any further work !
